PROGRAM GOALS

The teacher or children educator works with children aged between 0 and 12 years. Upon contact with the workplace, he or she is called to meet the basic needs of the child. To do this, he or she must ensure the safety of the child, assess the needs of the latter (hygiene, comfort, sleep, food), give it the proper care and assess the appropriateness of interventions.

Besides the satisfaction of basic needs, the teacher or educator for children must meet the psychological needs and education of the child. To this end, he or she must establish a meaningful relationship with him. He or she must maintain a climate conducive to the development of the child and the group's actions in connection with the individual or collective behavior.

Finally, the teacher or the teacher needs to create a living environment that promotes the psychomotor, cognitive, language, social-emotional and moral development of the child. To do this, he or she must design, organize, conduct and evaluate daily activities tailored to specific customer needs.
